I will be quick this morning. Since 2016 I’ve been using the Prisma app to help me in generating digital artwork. Yesterday I discovered I had access to that app from within Canva, an app I am just now beginning to use regularly. An Android smartphone user, I found the Prisma app in the Google play store. It is also available for Apple devices.

Prisma and Artisto Apps for Art Creation
One of the core art apps to install on your smart devices, either iOS or Android, is the Prisma Photo Editor app. I purchased the upgrade, Prisma Premium, which allows me to save work in HD files and includes additional filters. Click here to download Prisma Photo Editor from the Google app store.
2021 Update – 02/28: I pay for the premium subscription and continue to use this app regularly.
Another app I used in conjunction with the Prisma App up until 2019 was Artisto Video & Photo Editor. While it is still advertised as available for iOS and Android in the app stores, it is no longer maintained. When I researched the company behind it, the one listed on the app description in the Google play store, the app is no longer listed on their website. My advice is to check the apps installed on your devices and remove The Artisto App ASAP.
