On March 4, 2021, the Cricut Mug Press was introduced. I purchased mine on March 15, 2021. Much to my surprise, it was delivered, along with six mugs to sublimate, four days later. To produce my first sublimation mug, though, I would need to wait for additional products ordered to arrive.
Following is a collection of links to help me in troubleshooting my use of the mug press:

While the link provided above sends you directly to the Cricut Mug Design Template in Design Studio, you do not have to use Design Studio to create or print your designs. You can stick with your favorite graphics application. Because I create my own designs, it’s important to note the sizing that is needed for the templates created to wrap Cricut Mugs. The most reliable sizing I found has been:
- 12-0z Mug (Cricut mug is exact same size as 11-oz Zazzle mug) – 8.75″ x 3.79″ (22.2 cm x 9.6 cm)
- 15-oz Mug – 8.75″ x 4.25″ (22.2 cm x 10.8 cm)
